What is the intent of the deed restrictions?
The ACC tries very hard to consider the intent of the deed restrictions when making decisions for approval. We believe that the deed restrictions are of great benefit to all homeowners in Clairborne. Although the deed restrictions may take away some of our creative freedom we find the architectural restrictions reasonable. The primary intent of our deed restrictions is to protect all of our home values. A secondary intent is to make Clairborne an attractive place to live. The appearance and value of our community depends upon all homeowners cooperation.
