The ISMS programme provides electronic monitoring and intensive support to young people between 12 and 17 years old. It can be used as an alternative to secure accommodation for young people whose behaviour is causing concern to their family, school or neighbours. A Childrens Hearing would decide whether ISMS is the right choice.
