What is the IntelaWaveNet uptime guarantee?
IntelaWave provides a 99% Limited Uptime Guarantee, which applies only to Service Interruptions directly related to IntelaWave facilities and does not cover situations or faults beyond IntelaWave’s control, such as general Internet access problems. SLA objectives apply only to Service Interruptions that are not the result of scheduled service downtime. For more information see the IntelaWaveNet Service Agreement.
