What is the Integration Team doing to educate the NJI pilots about the Union and the Collective Bargaining Agreement?
The NJASAP Integration Team takes the education process very seriously and is working to ensure the NJI pilots have access to timely, accurate information. To that end, the Team has charged two Association Stewards with creating a multimedia Welcome to NJASAP presentation, and a third Steward is working with his committee to tailor the Union’s new member handbook specifically for our NJI colleagues. Additionally, NJI liaisons to the Integration Team are participating in biweekly teleconferences to learn more about Union services and the 2007 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Finally, the NJASAP Executive Board and Integration Team are available to answer specific questions via NJI Message Board.
