What is the insurance coverage agreement with Flu Busters?
Flu Busters agrees to cover the local school and school district, under its general and professional liability policies, for any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, or settlements, including activities performed by or on behalf of Flu Busters. Flu Busters and the local school/school district agree to notify promptly each other if they receive any claim or legal action arising out of activities conducted at Let’s fight flu together! immunization Clinics.
