What is the institute for human continuity?
The Institute for Human Continuity is part of a viral advertising program developed by Sony to start encouraging movie goer interest for a new film called 2012, coming out sometime in 2009. The Institute isn’t real, but the movie definitely looks interesting 🙂 Look up ‘2012 Roland Emmerich’ and I’m sure you’ll find all kinds of discussion and information about the film and the viral marketing. If you’re interested in joining a group that is actually serious about global catastrophe preparation, I don’t think you’ll be able to find much that is useful via myspace or internet search engines. Best advice is to make your own plans, seek out people in your own vicinity, and start up a group of your own. You can try to get a support group going online, with people’s opinions and personal advice, but closer is better as far as a survival organization group member recruitment goes.
