What is the information source of VAM?
VAM employs statistical and participatory methods to deliver information that allows WFP to target the right people in the right place at right time. VAM makes use of a variety of information sources and analytical methods such as satellite images, secondary data on the determinants of food security and poverty, and participatory surveys within a Standard Analytical Framework or SAF model.
