All our contracts come with a plan, whether it be for a permanent placement or a contract assignment. For instance, contractors are immediately contacted and counseled as to what is required to complete the assignment. The client is regularly contacted to ensure satisfaction of candidate performance. In any case, the agency will begin a preliminary search for a replacement contractor in the event replacement is required. A detailed file is kept on all candidates and Infinite Talent does not continue to work with any professionals that prove unreliable.
