All brothers in the Core Leadership Program and SBC are allocated space on the SAR website for their personalized Individual Leadership Profile (ILP). The ILP lists general information about the brother (name, chapter, induction date), past and current leadership positions held (i.e. Sigma Rho, Grand Ruler), current Matrix levels and completed Core Leadership Projects. The ILP is a complete record of your accomplishments and leadership capabilities in SAR. Brothers are expected to proactively ensure their ILP is kept up to date.
