*Refund Policy (Mail-In & On-line Registration) Please let us know if you need to cancel ASAP. All request for refunds must be in writing and must be submitted to Sun Devil Volleyball by either fax or email. This ensures that an electronic time stamp is placed with the request to prevent disputes over when the request was made. Campers that wish to submit a written request must use Sun Devil Volleyballs’ Refund Request Form. This form must be completed and submitted via fax (480) 965-7398 or in electronic format to sundevilvb@gmail.com (please send as an attachment). All refunds will be remitted in check form only and should be received 2 weeks after the request is submitted.
