What is the Incorporation or LLC process in Nevada?
• Complete the Intake form Secured On-Line Form • We will have the Articles prepared and Filed. • If you are requesting the expedited service they will be filed in 48-72 hours. The regular filing usually takes about 3-4 weeks. • Once the Corporation or LLC has been approved we will fax you a copy of the Company Charter and Articles. • The Registered agent will then mail you a hard copy of the Articles and Charter. They will also mail you the 60 DAY LIST OF OFFICERS AND THE BUSINESS LICENSE REGISTRATION FORM. You will have 60 days from the date of filing to file this LIST and pay the fee. This is an annual fee. If you have requested us to prepare your Tax ID form or Sub Chapter S form we will also mail that to you for your review and signature.
