What is the inclusion criterion stipulated for the observation on use?
The observation on use includes patients with trauma-induced cartilage defects. The cartilage defect is primarily due to a trauma. As part of the treatment, biopsies have been taken from the border areas in some patients and reappraised from a histological point of view. This showed that the patients had signs of incipient arthrosis. When the X-ray images were checked, the same observation was made retrospectively.
