Students who complete all their evaluations will be able to access their grades beginning Monday of Finals Week as faculty submit their grade rosters and the Registrars Office rolls grades to academic history. Students who do not complete or opt out of their evaluations will have their grades and transcripts withheld until Friday after the grading deadline ends. This practice is in place at UOs peer institutions and has been successful in achieving high response rates.
