What is the importance of water?
Water is of utmost importance in any diet plan. It keeps the body hydrated and helps in flushing out the harmful toxins from the system. Rigorous workout sessions lead to excessive loss of water from the body through sweat. This increases the body’s requirement of water. Therefore, bodybuilding enthusiasts must consume at least 10-12 glasses of water on a daily bases. Water must be taken before, in between and after workout sessions.
