Without the correct RBS WorldPay payment reference number we are not able to reconcile the incoming payment with your order and you will not receive the money. It is very important that you fill in the Reference Id on the shipping documents correctly and that the courier service adds the Reference Id to the payment instruction to the bank when transferring the funds to RBS WorldPay.
