What is the importance/difference of mission and vision?
Vision is more like a dream eg we would one day provide the globe with all their green electricity needs. It deals with what the company would like to see itself in the distant future or what it wants to achieve and become Mission is more to the point then the vision but is still a little vague such, to be the largest and biggest producer of something in India. It deals with what the company is currently all about Vision and Mission are both pretty vague and the goals and objectives created by the company are focused towards their Mission and Vision only in the long term.
