Gateway is a US company. Any equipment that you purchase from them in the US will not have any separately stated duties on them. That said, Gateway is not a significant player in the server market and does not currently market servers or networking equipment in the US. The “Big Three” in the server market in the US are Dell, IBM, and HP. Any duty on their equipment will be included in the selling price of the equipment. I would not recommend importing equipment sourced overseas even from those companies as service and support may be slim to non-existent in the US on products sourced in foreign markets.
