What is the implementation process for PwC-eLKE?
PwC-eLKE is an integrated tax solution involving change management, technology and tax consulting services. The PwC-eLKE is implemented in a two-phased approach: Phase I (Design): Consists of an evaluation of a company’s existing business and system environment, in order to design the tentative LKE program. Phase II (Implementation): Consists of assisting the client with implementing the LKE program and business process changes developed in Phase I and deploying the PwC-eLKE technology solution with the appropriate configuration identified in Phase I.
