Due to tight deadlines, the major newspapers and other print media have indicated that they will continue to observe the current 6:05 p.m., ET, cut-off time for the creation of fund tables. To minimize the technical impact on the print media, NASDAQ OMX will retain the summary spin process on the Mutual Fund Dissemination ServiceSM (MFDSSM) data feed at 6:05 p.m., ET. While the major newspapers are expected to use the current MFDS summary spin, NASDAQ OMX will support two additional MFDS summary spins at 6:25 p.m., ET, and 8:00 p.m., ET, for the end-of-day MFDS data consumers with more flexible deadlines.
