There are “Standard Ratios” for every type of company. These are the ratios that the company – should have – based on the particular type of company abd industry. If a particular company has ratios below these standards then the comapany image suffers becasuse it is not doing as well as the standards. If it is doing better than the standards then the company image is enhanced. The key is to be able to find out what is causing the difference.
