In the opening of China, there was a concentration of Science and Technology development. There was a tie between Technology and Education. The blueprint of Education reform came from the Menji Revolution in Japan. Initially, China wanted to learn from all countries around the world and translated everything into Chinese. Students who went to Japan all studied education and they returned to assume high parts in China. Students who went to Europe and America however, were not students of Education. This is why the Japanese model of education has a strong influence in China.
