What is the Immigration Orientation Program?
Once you have taken the NCLEX exam, you will sit with our representative to fill out and sign all required paperwork for an immigrant Visa. As a United States employer, Trident sponsors you for an employment based green card and petitions the INS on your behalf. Please note that the final decision on whether you will receive a green card is exclusively up to the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). Trident has no authority in this area. If your application is successful, you will receive additional paperwork directly from the INS office that you will be required to complete and bring with you to the Consulate in your country. The green card process is very extensive and will be explained in great detail at the Orientation program.
