This is a low cost microarray platform used at the Burnham Institute microarray core facility. All microarray data posted on this web site was generated with either HumanRef-8 Expression BeadChip (analysis of approx. 24,000 transcripts) or Human-6 Expression BeadChips (WG-6 chips, analysis of approx. 48,000 transcripts per sample). The WG-6 chips contain all probes that are on a HumanRef-8 Expression BeadChip. We are currently only using WG-6 chips for our studies.
