What is the IDS Virtual Designer Gallery?
The IDS Virtual Designer Gallery is one of the programs that our sister website, Ideal Diamond Solutions (IDS), offers to its customers, and is a powerful feature available to JewelryDesignerFinder.com members. What it is in essence is a special designer-jewelry-loaded website module — a “bolt-on” as it is called by IDS — that is grafted onto an existing retail website so that the retailer can showcase (and sell) designers whose work he or she does not physically have in the store. (This is what is meant by a “virtual” gallery.) The jewelry that the retailer can choose to use on his website is the jewelry you make available by signing up for this module. As you might expect — and will be relieved to know — this arrangement occurs only by mutual consent of the retailer and the designer. Both sides have to agree.
