What is the idle activity timeout when using Outlook Web Access (webmail)?

0

• When you log into webmail, you are presented with the Security option of “Public or shared computer” and “Private computer”. The timeout for “Public” is 10 minutes of inactivity. This includes starting to compose a message and not doing anything else in webmail. Webmail does not automatically save drafts of messages as Outlook does. After 10 minutes, you will automatically be logged out and messages you started will be lost. If you are on a trusted computer, then select the Security option “Private computer”. This will give you 1 hour of idle time before automatically logging you out.
