What is the Identify Stage of the Risk Management Process ?
This stage of the iterative process identifies the widest possible range of risks associated with a particular project. Risk Identification cannot be undertaken unless a Project’s Context (e.g. Objectives, Strategies, etc) has been identified and documented. Both Threats and Opportunities should be addressed during the Identify stage. Opportunity Management provides further guidance.
