What is the identifiable compelling or killer application(s) for VoIP for my environment, both now and in the future?
The most compelling killer application is the one that solves an acute need for an end user. The most common applications are reduction in network costs to connect sites, better utilization of existing data network infrastructure (the potential to eliminate the separate voice network), managing moves and changes internally, connecting remote tele-workers and connecting businesses more efficiently with their customers.
