What is the ideal ratio for a plot ?

0

As per Vaastu Shastra guidelines, the plot should be a square or a rectangle having a ratio of 1:2. The east and west direction should be more than that of north and south. All – round open spaces are recommended. A plot having triangles, a round space, hexagon, octagon or polygon or other odd shapes are not good. However, the said plots can be corrected before being used. As a thumb rule, all the four angles should be 90 degree, but never more. North – west angles should also be close to 90 degree or more, but never less. North – east angles should be 90 degree or less but never more. For instance, the distance from the north – east corner to the south – west corner should always be more than the distance from the north – west to the south – east corner.
