What is the IC support model for at the districts?
IC uses a hierarchical support model. The first line of support is an IC-trained Coach (and their backup) at the building level. The second line of support is district level technical and support personnel who are trained by IC to handle any questions that cannot be answered locally. If the district level support staff cannot answer the question, they will contact IC for support.
