What is the Hypernet tool named “eQuery”?

In clinical practice it’s always possible for an investigator to make some mistakes or that some data need clarifications. This kind of problem gave rise tothe so called “Query-flow”, totally paper-based, in which the investigator received these notifications and had to send them back with the answer. From the investigator’s point of view, this is very tedious, and time consuming. For this reason we introduced eQuery. With eQuery each user in Hypernet can send and receive “official” data clarification requests from an interface integrated in Hypernet. This means that users don’t need to leave the web to send an email or a fax. Moreover: all these eQueries are tracked in the databases. They are official documents exactly like clinical data and appear on Hypernet eCRF pages like a “post-it”. In this way correcting any problem becomes very easy, sharp and fast.
