What is the Hyper Extenstion Abdominal Back and Glute Machine (HYP-156)?
I must start by saying that this machine couldn’t have a worse name. I know it as the back extension. It is unfortunate that Yukon added the hyper into the name. I wrote a review and talked about why I don’t suggest hyper extending though I didn’t go into details. In a later review I did and have posted whatI wrote below. The HYP-156 is designed to work my back especially my lower back, isolate my glutes (butt) and work my hamstring muscles which are on the back of my upper thighs. It also allows me to work and isolate my abdominal area. Remember that when we strengthen our backs we strengthen our abs and vice versa. I don’t use a back extension machine daily though I work my abdominal area daily. If you buy this you can certainly use it every day though how often we work our abs is subject to opinions.
