What is the HR Rep / DBSs role during the transition period?
The HR Rep / DBS should do the following: • Be knowledgeable about the Competencies Program in order to answer questions from employees and management • Coordinate completion of Job Responsibilities Worksheets (JRWs) by employees on an annual or as-needed basis • After mapping of the SPEC jobs to Competencies profiles is completed by the Job Category Teams, the HR Rep / DBS will review the impact of mapping on individual employees with appropriate management • Update Link Evaluate System with JRWs
