Arizona State University requires that all first-year students live on-campus in university housing. First-year honors college students fulfill this requirement by living in the Barrett Residential Community. When applying for University Housing, incoming first-year students may apply for an exemption to live on campus if there is a compelling financial or medical circumstance. In such situations, incoming students can complete and file a waiver through University Housing and Barrett will honor that exemption.
