The Housing Authority determines a tenant’s eligibility for the Housing Choice Voucher Program based on income and family composition only. The Housing Authority’s portion of the rent will be mailed to you, the owner, on the first work day of the month. The Housing Authority is not responsible for collecting the tenant’s portion of the rent or management of the property. This is your responsibility. The Housing Authority provides a free unit listing service for owners who wish to make their rental units available to Voucher holders.
