What is the House of Bishops and what part do they play in the election of a Bishop?
All the bishops of the Episcopal Church sit as a collegial, legislative and judiciary body of the church. The Bishop of Nebraska participates in these gatherings of the House of Bishops as part of his/her ministry to the larger church. He/she may be asked to serve on various committees of the House of Bishops.
