September is hurricane season, so you probably want to be below the hurricane belt. The ABC islands (Aruba, Bonairre, Curacao) all fall below the line where Huricannes normally travel. Aruba is the most southernly (nearest the equator) so it should be the hottest. Aruba also has a very well developed tourism industry, so you will find tons of activities. Have a good trip!
