What is the hotel rate for delegates?
We’re pleased to have a special hotel rate for the conference: $69 per room per night plus tax, which comes to about $80. Note that this is a room rate, so sharing a room can make this even cheaper. But there is a surcharge for three people or more. Here are the rates (including tax) for sharing a hotel room among two, three, and four people: 1 person per room = $79.56 per night 2 people in the room: $79.56 per night = $39.78 per person per night 3 people in the room: $114.15 per night = $38.05 per person per night 4 people in the room: $148.75 per night = $37.19 per person per night It is important to supply all the names of people occupying a room with you to the hotel. Even if you don’t have a roommate name when you book, call the hotel back when you do know to notify them of all the name(s) sharing your room.
