What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Hotel cancellation policies vary by hotel. Individual hotel policies are listed on your email confirmation. Hotel cancellations must be made on the NPRA website until the published hotel cut-off date (typically about 1 month prior to the meeting.) After the published cut-off date, cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Please see individual meeting for exact dates.
