What is the hotel anmaria like in cyprus,ayia napa?
Hello there. The Tsokkos Ann-Maria is a 4 star hotel on Nissi Bay Avenue. It was built maybe around 5 years ago and is typical of the Tsokkos chain of hotels. It backs onto a small beach which is not particularly typical of the beautifull beaches elsewhere in Ayia Napa, but it’s ok for sunbathing. Most people stay around the pool as it has a lovely lagoon type swimming pool which is of a fairly reasonable size surrounded by sun terraces. Tsokkos hotels are a chain owned by Andreas Tssokkos. The AnnMaria is one of his newer hotels and it’s reasonably well maintained. If I am brutally honest, it gets a 4 star rating, but I’d say compared to the other non-tsokkos hotels of the same rating it is poor. Thats not to say it’s a bad hotel, just that if you compare it to the Adams beach or The Olympic Laggon resort hotels which are also rated as 4 stars the AnnMaria cannot compete. I’d say that it’s not luxurious but if you go expecting a very decent 3 star you will not be dissapointed. However
