What is the Hostos Student Leadership Academy?
The Hostos Student Leadership Academy is the home of the Hostos Student Ambassadors, the Student Orientation Services or S.O.S. Team and a place where Emerging Leaders or Scholarship Candidates an find an abundance of resources regarding some of the opportunities that are available to them on the Hostos Community College campus. The Leadership Academy is also responsible for providing specialized workshops to all of its members on a weekly basis and to provide monthly forums to everyone on the college campus who might like to participate. The Leadership Academy in coordination with the Office of Student Life provides specially designed Scholarship Orientations to students several times throughout the course of the school year. In addition the leadership Academy provides guidance and support to the Student Government Association, the Clubs and Organizations and their Leaders and to members of the general student population who have an interest in participating in a club, an organization
