What is the HomeTrustee collection process?
• We allow residents to pay their rent through a variety of channels including • Mail • Automatic Bank Drafts from a Checking or Savings Account • Credit Card or Debit Card Transaction • We manage the distribution of late fees and delinquent letters. • We typically charge late fees on the 5th, send delinquent letters on the 6th, and start eviction on the 15th. • Lastly, we transfer the resident account over to a rent recovery agency for further collection after eviction.
