What is the Home Energy Improvement program?
The Home Energy Improvement program is a free in-home energy audit and improvement program for income-qualifying customers. If you qualify (see Participation and Eligibility section below for details), an energy specialist will be sent to examine your home, generate a custom audit report on your home and complete energy efficiency improvements with your permission.
