What is the HOARD Due, Dominate and Done Board for?
The Dominate Board is our way to communicate to the HOARD community. Things you will see on the Dominate Board are updates on the HOARD system and tips for you to use in your practice. The Due Board shows the list of available messages that can be scheduled and the last date you have to schedule them. The Done Board will have the list of the messages you have scheduled and will keep that list there until the last available date in case you need to make any changes to that scheduled message. • 14. How do I create a mailing list? Go to the My Contacts tab on your HOARD home page. Choose “Create new mailing list”.Type in the list name and description for your new list. Search for clients, prospects or both by checking the boxes that say Client or Prospect. You can create filters to help you narrow down the search of the names in your database as well (see question 15 & 16 for instructions on creating a filter). From your list of names, uncheck the box that says Add after the names you do
