The HIV Care Hotline number is (877) HIV-KNOW or (877) 448-5669 and is staffed by nurses and HIV consumer advocates who are able to answer questions about HIV infection, transmission, testing and treatment, and issues related to living with HIV. Hotline personnel do not provide medical advice, but serve as an important access point into the Ryan White Program care system in the Memphis area. Callers have the option of speaking with a nurse and/or consumer advocate based on the questions they have. Calls can be anonymous.
