DTC was originally known as the Antioch Tennis Club, founded in the mid-seventies as a public courts tennis group playing out of Los Medanos College in Pittsburg. The name was changed to Antioch Delta Tennis Club when Antioch High School became the main site for club events. In 2004, to recognize the wider region of member residence as well as thSeptember 20, 2006o the current title of Delta Tennis Club. September 20, 2006osta County by providing a wide variety of tennis activities including league play, tournaments, clinics and special events. Club membership is open to all interested players. Most club activities currently take place at Freedom High School in Oakley. Return to FAQs Q. Who runs the club? DTC is a voluntary organization. Our Board of Directors is elected at the club’s annual meeting, and serves for a year. Events and social activities are coordinated by volunteers within the club.
