Hunting Valley is one of the five municipalities, along with Moreland Hills, OhioMoreland Hills, Orange, OhioOrange Village, Pepper Pike, OhioPepper Pike and Woodmere, OhioWoodmere, that originally formed ‘Orange Township’, established in 1820. Orange Township was the birthplace of United States PresidentsPresident James GarfieldJames A. Garfield in 1831.
