Before Maddie became involved with the agency, David really had no cases, and in the first season episode following the pilot, “Gunfight at the So-So Corral” David got their first official client by pulling a perspective client out of the waiting room of another agency. Little did they know that their client was a hitman, who sought another hitman in order to have a battle “once and for all” for the title.
