What is the history behind Bermuda Triangle?
It is in the western part of North Atlantic Ocean from where a number of surface vessels and aircraft allegedly disappeared mysteriously. The boundaries of the triangle cover the Straits of Florida, the Bahamas and the entire Caribbean islands area and the Atlantic east to the Azores. Most of the accidents are concentrated along the southern boundary around the Bahamas and the Florida Straits. There are various explanations regarding the phenomena but the natural explanation says as compass problems are one of the cited phrases in many Triangle incidents. There is unusual local magnetic anomalies may exist in the area. Compasses have natural magnetic variations in relations to the magnetic poles, a fact which navigators have known for centuries. Magnetic north and geographic north are only exactly the same for a small number of places as of 2000 in the United States only those places on a line running from Wisconsin to the Gulf of Mexico.
