What is the hiring process like?
Although the hiring steps might vary depending on the candidate and the candidate’s situation, in most cases a recruiter will first interview you. When you come in for this interview, you might also meet with the marketing representative, who has better knowledge of the openings and requirements. Next, you will undergo a technical interview to evaluate your experience and background as it pertains to our requirements. At this point, the marketing representative presents you for positions. This means we are sending your resume, in our format, to our clients. If your resume is accepted, you will then interview with our client. If the client determines that you are a good match, the client will then contact us.
