Quality Manual Procedures Work Instruction Records The standard requires a Quality Manual, Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and a minimum of 6 Procedures. Companies will typically end up with 3 levels of documentation: the Quality Manual, Procedures and work instructions. The Quality Planning Procedure should address how you plan for new processes, new equipment, new products and other changes such as facility changes. Explain how you evaluate and approve the new process, what types of things need to be planned for including documentation, equipment, workmanship criteria, process monitoring and records.
